Since our inception, LiteHaus International has worked closely with a diverse network of philanthropic trusts and foundations to bridge the digital divide for underserved communities. These partnerships have been instrumental in enabling us to deliver over 19,000 refurbished devices to more than 280,000 people across Australia and the Asia-Pacific. From empowering First Nations students in Queensland with personal laptops, to establishing over 430 digital classrooms in remote schools in Papua New Guinea, the Philippines, and beyond, the support of philanthropic partners has driven transformative educational outcomes. Their trust in our mission continues to fuel our journey toward digital equity for all.
Australian Foundation for Fostering Learning in the Philippines (AFFLIP) has partnered with LiteHaus International since 2023 to install 560 computers into 15 schools across the Talomo region of the Philippines. AFFLIP have supported these schools for over a decade in various ways and, on this occasion, provided $135,000 in funding to make these digital classrooms possible. Over 10,000 students and teachers now have quality digital access.
Lyone Foundation is a not-for-profit organisation which exists to support Australians facing challenging times. In 2024, Lyone Foundation donated $10,000 to our Digital Inclusion Program, enabling us to provide 50 laptops to students in need across Northern Territory and northern Queensland.
Queensland Gives is a $151 million community foundation and trust which supports people and organisations in need across the state. Since 2021, LiteHaus International has received over $30,000 in grants from the trust, supporting our Digital Inclusion Program which provides students facing digital exclusion with their own personal laptop. With Queensland Gives’ support alone, we have extended digital access to over a hundred students.
